At Royal Canal Adventures, we are aware that planning/booking a holiday in today’s climate has dramatically changed due to the Corona virus pandemic. All of us have had to adapt to a ‘new normal’, a direct result of governmental policy to halt the spread of this virus. Royal Canal Adventures are learning and adapting and realise the needs/concerns of our customers have changed somewhat to those pre-Covid-19. We want our customers to know that we are adapting our services to address these changes. Our customers can feel safe in the knowledge that we will do our utmost to ensure we deliver a rich and rewarding experience in that we will be flexible in as far as possible if packages booked need to be changed/altered.
Our cancellation policies remain the same as outlined below in the booking section of our terms and conditions. In that, we will only charge our customers any fees incurred by Royal Canal Adventures by our suppliers as a result of a cancellation or modification. However, we will also refund a deposit in full for any Covid-19 related cancellation.
